Mostafa Abdelghany

Mostafa Abdelghany an experienced legal counsel who holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law at the university of Assiut, Egypt. He has more than 15 years of practicing as a lawyer and legal consultant in Egypt, Kuwait and UAE.
His area of expertise includes matters related to dispute resolution, commercial, banking, civil, criminal, cybercrimes, employment, rental, personal, inheritance and family matters.
He has excellent drafting, negotiation and reviewing skills of memos, pleas, contracts, legal notices, power of attorneys and agreements both in Arabic and English.
Additionally, he has experience in commercial and corporate matters and trade mark registration.
He has vast experience in advising and assisting clients with regards to litigation matters and criminal complaints.
His work enables him to closely assist the clients related to their litigation and work with the Dubai Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Cassation, the UAE Federal Courts, Abu Dhabi Court, Public Prosecutor’s offices and the local Police Stations in the UAE.
